all sales of ceramic pieces are final, therefore they are exempt from being returned or exchanged. this is a strict policy and exceptions cannot be made unless a mistake has been made on my end. each piece is one of a kind ♡

if your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact me via IG or email within 48 hours of receiving your package, so that i can evaluate the issue and make it right.

once i’ve inspected and approved the return, you’ll be automatically refunded to the original payment method. please keep in mind that it can up to 10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank/card issuer. you'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been finalized.
